Homewood Suites by Hilton Richland

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are huge and clean. The food is fantastic, they took pride in their work and it shows. The staff is friendly. It’s conveniently located near the river and the park. The bed I had was very firm, I like a firm mattress but others may not find it tolerable. Most hotels have firm mattresses FYI. My room was on the top floor under the HVAC unit, which was making noise and probably needs to be serviced. This is one of the only rooms in the entire hotel that would be affected by this though. Had I stayed in another room it would have been absolutely perfect. My last complaint is this hotel spoiled me to the point I will have a hard time staying in others. It’s owned by a company who doesn’t have the mentality of doing the bare minimum or skimping on guest experience and it shows. Unfortunately most hotels are owned by a group of people who don’t have this mindset. Keep up the good work Homewood Suites Richland!

I have stayed here many times and always impressed with the friendly staff and service. Especially the kitchen staff, their cooking is top notch and keep everything well stocked. The host, I think her name is Maria, always welcomes me back and serves up great food with many side dishes and authentic condiments. Alway enjoy my return visits at this property.

Very nice. Good size of rooms, with all the amenities - including a kitchen, practical for daily meals. Housekeeping is done every other day. Breakfast is very good, although I kind of hoped for a continental breakfast with charcuterie. Service was flawless throughout - thank you Zach!

Stayed here last minute and it was the best decision after a long drive. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The front desk girl went above and beyond. Then the next morning at breakfast the staff in the kitchen put on the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel. Every thing tasted great and was warm. Maria Luz was kind and professional. You can tell she takes great pride in keeping everything stocked and clean. My family was very impressed and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to stay in the area.

Our room was very spacious. Bed was just ok. The food each day was above average and they had lots to choose from We had a Breakfast burrito bar one morning. The view of the pool was lovely. Front desk staff was very friendly. I enjoyed working with Alina. She helped answer all my questions and gave top notch service. She is great.

Kiara is absolutely amazing! She is super friendly, extremely welcoming and very helpful. She was able to answer all of my questions and was extremely patient. She takes pride in her work, definitely an outstanding employee! She is the face of this hotel and I’m here for it

Those ladies are cooking up in that kitchen. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, rotating meat option daily for breakfast burrito, the pork was amazing. Also, the room cleaning service was super good, water pressure in the showers was also great. Conveniently located near a lot of interesting places
